September Beer Releases That We Are Excited About

August and summer flew right by and it's almost fall. That means it's almost time for Great American Beer Festival, Pumpkin beers and special releases from the breweries across the great state of Colorado. As always, it is extremely hard to narrow down all of the interesting releases from breweries but we have a few that jumped out to us for this month. In no particular order, here are the September beer releases we think are extremely interesting!

Moon Landscape Pecan Coffee BA Stout From Launch Pad Brewery

Launch Pad Brewery out of Aurora, Colorado is releasing their Pecan Coffee BA stout "Moon Landscape" to the public and it sounds amazing. Pecan nuttiness was added to the stout base along with a coffee from West Coast Roasting Co. which was then aged in 6 months in Law's Bourbon barrels and the pecan backing should prove to be a delicious combination.

AVAILABILITY: 9/8/18 at Launch Pad Brewery, Draft, no distribution other than bottles on site

GABF Coconut Medianoche and Can Releases from WeldWerks Brewing Company

Medianoche is one of the biggest beers released from Weldwerks and this year for GABF, the brewery is pulling no punches. Releasing a Coconut Medianoche along with several other canned releases (including their outrageous spaghetti Gose) WeldWerks is a spot to be for GABF week. Here is a quote from WeldWerks about that Spaghetti Gose:

"In our relentless quest to evoke vitriolic reactions from the Reinheitsgebot purists, we think we have finally crafted a beer that will incite rage the likes of which have never been seen. Today we are brewing Uncle Bob’s Spaghetti Gose, a beer inspired by our Uncle Bob’s fantastic spaghetti sauce recipe and brewed with tomato puree, roasted tomatoes from Bayberry Fresh LLC, fresh basil from Bayberry Fresh, a dash of oregano, a few pinches of sea salt, and of course, spaghetti."

AVAILABILITY: Spaghetti Gose (Tentative September) Coconut Medianoche and other cans release on 9/19/18 only at WeldWerks Brewing Company in Greeley, CO.

That week will also see the release of both the Barrel-Aged Forever Awake and the Barrel-Aged Ancient Ruins. Coffee beers are my thing and I am super excited to try the BA Forever Awake along with the rest of these new releases!
